Thank you for this. I love different peoples' holiday cookie traditions. Just yesterday I ate the holiday cookies of a friend from Tennessee; she calls them Tennessee Snowflakes. Take 2 Ritz crackers; spread peanut butter between them; and dip the little sandwiches in melted white chocolate. Sounds bizarre, but tastes like what a Butterfinger was meant to be... But now my mom doesn't make cookies, and I always forget to make them in time.
