		<description>Hello, I am a relative of Nat&#039;s (actually his aunt).  I recall many fabulous things that
his mother cooked.  I still sometimes make appetizers with the cream cheese pastry (filled
with spinach or chicken livers) that was a recipe of hers. If you are all busy cooking &amp;
eating, I trust you are well.  Best wishes.</description>
