unemployed
I’m sitting in the lobby of my now-ex-employer’s building, leeching off of another tenant’s free wireless and waiting for Laura to pick me up. I don’t work here anymore, and it feels damn weird.
Next Sunday I fly out to Cupertino for indoctrination.
Until then, I’m unemployed. It’s been a long time since that was true.
